Delivery Procedure when Covid levels are high/under restrictions

We have implemented a remote ‘contactless delivery’ procedure where by our delivery driver and the recipient of the gift make no physical contact with each other.

All drivers are using hand sanitiser before/after each delivery.  

Your gift will be placed at the recipient’s door before knocking on the door/ringing the bell.

The driver will remove themselves away from the door by at least 2 metres.

Once the door has opened, our driver will confirm the recipient’s name and ask the person at the door for their name as confirmation of delivery and time.

Can you PLEASE provide a telephone number for the recipient to resolve any delivery issues. If the recipient is not home, the gift may be left with a neighbour and an advisory card left at the recipient's address. 

We are doing everything we possibly can to maintain our high standard level and provide the best possible service that we can. And, thank you for your understanding if we are unable to obtain a particular flower/plant or colour that you desire. We of course will keep everyone updated and initiate any changes.

Placing an order 

We have a delivery charge of £5.99. 

Same day delivery is available if ordered before 12:00 (11:00 on Wednesday & Saturday), but we would be grateful if you could order as soon as you can to avoid disappointment due to the flower availability. We cannot promise timed deliveries apart from funeral orders.

Hospitals - We are not delivering to hospitals for the duration by the advice of the hospitals themselves. 

Apartments/Flats - The recipient must meet our driver at the main door to the apartments/flats in the safety interest of both the recipient, the residents of the apartments/flats and our driver. Please do not send the order to us if this is not possible.

Trafford Centre We are not delivering to the Trafford Centre for the duration.

If you need to place an order for any other area not mentioned above, please check with us by calling us on 0161 789 4914 or by email we will enquire if it can be sent via the Interflora relay network.

Timed deliveries - at the moment, the only deliveries that we can give a time period to deliver for are funerals.
 

We are still continuing to deliver Monday to Saturday. For the time being we are ONLY taking orders for the following locations and postcodes:

Postcodes ---- M27 (M27 0, M27 4, M27 5 ONLY), M30, M41, M44. Also Worsley (M28 1, M28 2, M28 3, M28 7 only) and Salford (M5 5, M6 7 & M6 8 POSTCODES ONLY)
