You can now place your orders online here at our website and you can contact us via email email@example.com for enquiries. For the moment you cannot call us but we will keep you updated. To comply with lock-down protocols, the flower shop itself is cannot be accessed by the public. The shop front will be opened as soon as the government allows.
Due to the virus, a large number of fresh flower suppliers in Holland and the UK have closed; therefore flower supply has been affected. Both the quantity and variety of flowers and foliage has been greatly reduced; which of course affects the availability of product designs. We may have to make substitutions, we will try and retain the style of the design. We will keep as many designs available as possible and update the site regularly, but all of the florist choice designs will remain, as these designs gives us the flexibility to use the freshest available flowers but allows you to have a colour choice.
All non-floral gifts remain unaffected, with a great variety available to order.

Hospitals - we are not delivering to hospitals for the duration. They have asked for patients and medical deliveries only.
Care Homes - Can you please check with the home before placing your order as some companies have asked us not to attend the home at the moment.
We have implemented a remote ‘contactless delivery’ procedure where by our delivery driver and the recipient of the gift make no physical contact with each other.
All drivers are wearing gloves and a mask/visor and use hand sanitiser before/after each delivery.
Your gift will be placed at the recipient’s door before knocking on the door/ringing the bell.
The driver will remove themselves away from the door by at least 2 metres.
Once the door has opened, our driver will confirm the recipient’s name and ask the person at the door for their name as confirmation of delivery and time.
Can you PLEASE provide a telephone number for the recipient to resolve any delivery issues as we cannot leave your gift with the recipient's neighbour while the outbreak continues.
We are doing everything we possibly can to maintain our high standard level and provide the best possible service that we can. And, thank you for your understanding if we are unable to obtain a particular flower/plant or colour that you desire. We of course will keep everyone updated and initiate any changes.
